The last participation roundtable of the IESC/CFI/UNPA Energy Diagnostics was held last 7/11 in RÃo Gallegos (UNPA/UARG headquarters), and included a total of 6,300 km of road visits throughout the province starting in June 2023. This final roundtable included the participation of some of the external consultants who traveled from Buenos Aires and Chile. Also last Nov 17th , the UVT submitted the final report to the IESC and the CFI, and the results were finally presented on Dec. 5 at the IESC headquarters (link to both presentations below). The approval of final observations and format by the CFI for publication is pending, but important work has been completed. The report gathered a large amount of technical information and contributions from around twenty consultants of different specialties. In addition, a lot of information was obtained through written conclusions, surveys and group work to understand the concerns and problems of each town, with emphasis on the project ideas that the communities considered relevant. The Energy Diagnostics is intended to be an energy policy management tool, given the fundamental role of all forms of energy in the development and daily life of all communities.
