Born in Buenos Aires, on July 3rd of 1934, Carlos was a technically inclined arquitect, passionate about renewable energy and the potential he saw in the Patagonia region. He served from 1983 as first director of the Regional Wind Energy Center (CREE) in Trelew (Chubut) and since 1997 as External Director of our newly formed Alternative Energy Group at UNPA. Twenty years later, we remember him with great affection.
